Today we're releasing Jemeti OS v0.0.1 — the public beta version of our workshop operating system. It brings the whole shop onto one platform: the parts counter, the repair floor, the storeroom, the back office, and the books.

What's inside​

Point of sale. A fast counter terminal: search or scan products with live stock on every tile, per-line and whole-sale discounts, automatic category tax, quick-cash buttons for exact change, and a hold cart for split transactions. Credit sales are first-class — record a sale as due in one click, and track and settle it from the sales list. Every completed sale issues the invoice, records the payment, decrements stock, and posts to the ledger in a single action.

Workshop management. A live floor board with bays and an intake queue, and job cards that move through a controlled 11-stage pipeline — Intake, Digital Vehicle Inspection, Quotation, Approval, In Progress, QC, Delivery, Closed. Inspections produce a customer-facing health score, findings turn into quotations the customer approves before work starts, and service reminders are created automatically when invoices are issued. Analytics covers revenue, profit and loss, receivables aging, and bay utilisation.

Inventory. Vendors with balances, purchase orders through their full lifecycle — Draft, Sent, Partial, Received, Invoiced, Paid — with partial deliveries tracked properly. Live stock counts on every SKU, per-category tax rates, a low-stock filter for reordering, and warranty claims tracked against vendors end to end.

Vehicles & CRM. A fleet register with complete service history per vehicle, an owner-approved model catalog, odometer tracking per visit, customer records, and membership plans that apply loyalty discounts automatically.

Staff & HR. Employee register, clock-in/out attendance, leave requests with approvals, salary advances, and monthly payroll sheets whose totals post to the ledger automatically.

Accounting. Every invoice, payment, refund, and payroll run posts a double-entry journal automatically. The chart of accounts ships pre-wired for workshops, the Trial Balance always balances, and the Profit & Loss report includes tax collected. No bookkeeper required.

Documents & branding. Eight printable document templates — Invoice, Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Receipt, Payslip, Quotation, Inspection Report, and Job Card — on your own letterhead with your tax and business registration numbers, and scannable QR payment cards on every invoice and receipt.

Plans​

There are three tiers — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Every tier includes every feature and starts with a 14-day trial; tiers differ only by usage quotas (jobs, inspections, active bays, users, storage), so the right one is simply your monthly job count. See Plans & Quotas for the details.
