Plans & Quotas
Jemeti OS has three tiers, billed monthly. Every plan carries a 14-day trial.
The three tiers
| Plan | Price | Jobs / month | DVI captures / mo | Active bays | Active users | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29 / mo | 150 | 200 | 2 | 3 | 5 GiB |
| Pro | $89 / mo | 1000 | 1500 | 10 | 8 | 25 GiB |
| Enterprise | Custom (contact) | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
Enterprise is quote-based — for larger teams, custom feature bundles, or on-prem deployments, contact sales. It is the natural fit for multi-location operations.
How plan differentiation works
Every plan grants every shipped feature. Plans differ only through usage quotas — jobs created, DVI captures, active bays, active users, storage, and PDFs rendered. To pick a tier, ask one question: how many jobs do you run per month, and how many bays are active? The quota table picks the tier for you.
As a rule of thumb: Starter fits a shop with 2 bays doing ~150 jobs a month — about 5 jobs a day.
What happens at a limit
- The sidebar shows the live plan chip and remaining storage.
- The dashboard shows a red banner when a quota is exhausted:
"You've used 100% of your bays active this month. Upgrade to keep
going." → links to
/account/upgrade. /settings/billingshows the usage meters for the current period (e.g.BAYS ACTIVE 2/2 (100%))./account/upgradeshows your current plan card and the other public tiers; changing tiers is a "Request upgrade" flow with confirmation. A Contact Sales button handles custom bundles and on-prem.
